I agreed to contract for Dental and Vision coverage months ago. The agent's name was Tyler R.
I have had no confirmation of this coverage: Policy, ID cards, etc. I did contract for a Medicare Supplement Plan and received the information I needed. I have attempted to call the phone number Tyler gave me: 1.866.262,5797; however, I received no response to my call. The phone message was to contact customer service at United Medicare Advisors.
I was warned by a friend not to use this group, but felt I was well taken care for by the representative.
